Last Updated: 13 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Kilimora Adventure. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the travel information and services we provide.
Kilimora offers travel planning and related services, including Tanzania safaris, wildlife experiences, Zanzibar holidays, Mount Kilimanjaro trekking and customised itineraries.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.
2. Website Information
We aim to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, destination information, itineraries, photographs, wildlife sightings, travel times, accommodation options and availability may change.
Website content is provided for general information and planning purposes. An itinerary or quotation is not a confirmed booking unless we expressly confirm it in writing.
3. Enquiries and Travel Quotations
Visitors may contact us to request travel information, customised itineraries or quotations.
When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to your request.
We may prepare a proposed itinerary based on your preferences, travel dates, group size, budget and availability. A quotation may be subject to confirmation of accommodation, transport, guides, park permits and other travel arrangements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, an enquiry or quotation does not guarantee availability or establish a confirmed booking.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings become confirmed only when Kilimora has accepted the booking and communicated the applicable confirmation requirements to you.
Before making a payment, customers should review the written booking confirmation, including:
- The agreed itinerary and travel dates.
- The total price and currency.
- The deposit and payment deadlines.
- The services included and excluded.
- The cancellation, amendment and refund conditions.
Any deposit, balance payment or other booking charge must be paid according to the specific terms communicated and accepted for that booking.
Payment methods, bank charges, currency conversion costs and any applicable taxes or fees should be confirmed in the written quotation or booking documents.
5. Changes to Itineraries
Travel itineraries may be affected by weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, park regulations, safety considerations, supplier availability and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where necessary, we may propose reasonable changes to travel arrangements to protect travellers’ safety or maintain the feasibility of the trip.
We will communicate significant changes as reasonably practicable. Any additional costs, refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation deadlines, cancellation charges, refund eligibility and amendment fees may depend on the services booked and the conditions imposed by accommodation providers, transport operators, park authorities and other suppliers.
The cancellation and refund policy applicable to your trip should be provided in writing before your booking is confirmed.
Customers should not assume that deposits or payments are refundable unless the applicable booking terms provide for a refund or a refund is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations or other documentation required for their journey.
You should verify current entry requirements with the relevant official authorities before travelling.
Kilimora may provide general travel guidance, but requirements can change and final responsibility for complying with applicable immigration and entry rules rests with the traveller, subject to applicable law.
8. Health, Safety and Travel Insurance
Safari activities and mountain trekking may involve physical exertion, uneven terrain, changing weather, wildlife encounters, altitude-related risks and limited access to emergency services.
Travellers should assess their fitness for the planned activities and obtain appropriate medical advice where necessary.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering relevant medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, delays, baggage and planned activities, including high-altitude trekking where applicable.
Travellers must follow instructions provided by guides, park officials and other authorised personnel. No traveller should knowingly disregard safety instructions or engage in conduct that endangers themselves or others.
9. Wildlife and Natural Conditions
Wildlife sightings and natural conditions are unpredictable. We cannot guarantee encounters with particular animals, specific wildlife movements, weather conditions or other natural events.
National parks and protected areas may impose rules or restrictions concerning wildlife, access, photography, conservation and visitor behaviour.
Travellers must comply with these requirements and respect local communities, cultural practices and the natural environment.
10. Third-Party Services
Certain elements of a trip may be provided by independent third parties, including accommodation providers, airlines, transport operators, activity providers and park authorities.
Such services may be subject to separate terms, availability requirements and operational restrictions.
Where third parties are involved, their applicable terms will be communicated where relevant. Our responsibility for third-party services will be determined by the agreed booking arrangements and applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our liability in relation to confirmed travel bookings will be governed by the applicable booking terms and relevant law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through our website.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend an existing confirmed booking. Any changes to an existing booking will be handled under the applicable booking agreement and law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Kilimora’s registered business and the relevant transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable law and the competent courts or dispute resolution procedures.
Before publication: The business’s registered legal name, registration jurisdiction and appropriate governing-law provision must be confirmed.
