The Serengeti National Park is Tanzania's oldest and most popular game park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and recently proclaimed a 7th Worldwide Wonder. It is famous for its annual migration of over 1.5 million white-bearded (or brindled) wildebeest and 250,000 zebra and for its numerous Nile crocodile and honey badger.
Beyond the migration, the Serengeti offers year-round game viewing with healthy populations of the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino) and cheetahs, hyenas, and wild dogs roaming the endless plains.
Witness the annual movement of millions of wildebeest and zebras.
High density of lions, leopards, and cheetahs hunting.
Soar over the plains at sunrise for a unique perspective.
Vast, open savannas stretching as far as the eye can see.
Enjoy breakfast or dinner in the middle of the wilderness.
